Logia Ave Fenix No 73 is an English speaking Freemasons Lodge operating under the Constitution of the Grand Lodge of Spain & the Provincial Grand Lodge of the Canaries which are recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England. Its meetings are held in a purpose built Temple in the Edificio Simon, Los Cristianos (see local map) in the south of the island of Tenerife and all Freemasons visiting the island are cordially invited to attend any of its meetings. A Festive Board is held at a local hotel after each of the regular meetings.
 
Dress regulations are relaxed at Regular meetings for visitors to the island.
 
In 2004 the Lodge was honoured when one of its members, W.Bro Lawrence Howard G.S.D.P., Asst P.G.M., was made Provincial Grand Master of the Canaries.
 
The Regular meetings are held at 6pm on the fourth Tuesday of the months of October (Inst), November, January, February, March and on the second Tuesday of May.
 
Logia Ave Fenix Lodges of Instruction are held at 8pm on Tuesdays during the months of September through until June unless there is a Regular meeting taking place. Visitors are made very welcome. For details and dates click MEETINGS.
